When you login with the GM account, you will have access to a whole new set of chat commands. This is why I recommend creating a dedicated GM account separated from your playable characters, so it's not quite so easy to cheat all the time. You can absolutely play the game as normal with a GM account, though it will be extremely tempting to cheat all the time with the GM commands available. Having a GM account simply lets you use a whole new set of chat commands to, basically, do anything you want in the game world. There's no special UI, you won't be on GM Island or anything like that.
